This is why the<strong>support during a <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.phenix-expertise.com\/en\/fr\/services\/cession-dentreprise\/\"><strong>business transfer <\/strong><\/a>is essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The relationship must be marked by <strong>respect<\/strong> and of <strong>trust<\/strong>. Although some differences may appear, it is important to find common ground and to make compromises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first years as a leader are often difficult: you have to face obstacles, lack of time, unforeseen events and<strong> to show foresight<\/strong>. The assignor may be at the disposal of the buyer for a certain number of months and his service may or may not be remunerated.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In short there is <strong>no hard rule<\/strong> : CDD, fees, or tutoring ... Almost anything is possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Company tutoring<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This corporate tutoring can also be the subject of an agreement. This document must include a certain amount of information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>the duration with possibly an extension<\/li><li>compensation (payment terms)<\/li><li>the role of the transferor towards the transferee; the nature of the assistance that will be provided<\/li><li>the practical methods of carrying out this assistance service (technical and material resources provided, etc.)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This <strong>tutoring agreement <\/strong>must be concluded within sixty days of the sale of the company.
